Calypso has returned to host the next Twisted Metal contest. His new contestants are from the Blackfield Asylum. Calypso said that if they won the contest, he will grant them one wish. To win the contest, the contestants are forced to battle each other in cars that are equipped with guns and explosives. The contestants are: Billy Ray, the Preacher, Agent Stone, Mr. Grimm, John Doe, No-Face, Bloody Mary, Dollface, Raven, Sweet Tooth, Charlie Kane and Son, Axel, Black, Cage, and Minion.
